Despite that, it flies under the radar, making it an if-you-know-you-know type of nhậu. What makes Restaurant 13 so special is its riverside seating and its delectable bánh khọt (mini savoury rice pancakes). Visit for a lazy afternoon taking photos and chatting with some friends. In the evening, go ahead and walk over to Úm Ba La to check out one of the city’s hottest live music venues.
