About Lamie Pizza: With two locations in Saigon, as well as a spot in Đà Lạt, Lamie’s Pizza has been a fan favorite for decades. Founded by French contemporary artist Suby One, the joint originally started in Paris in 1992 before moving to Saigon in 2013. For the last three decades, Lamie’s has focused on providing guests with Detroit-style square pizza served Frico-style: taking 75% hydration sourdough that has been cold-fermented for 48 hours and placing it in hot blue steel pans.
