About Phở Hải Triều: Phở Hải Triều is a go-to spot when you just want a nice bowl of pho late at night. Located right by the Saigon Skydeck, this is a great place to stop by if you’re in the area. Beyond pho, the menu also features plenty of dishes including bún, miến, cháo, xôi.
